CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Since its foundation in the year 1971, Salman A. Al-Duhaim Construction Division involved in various activities : from general Building construction to Industrial works

Our Company has been registered with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Public Works & Housing, Contractors Classification Agency and issued a Saudi Contractor Classification Certificate.

A summary of Salman A. Al-Duhaim’s completed & on going Construction Projects, Manpower and Equipment resources and facilities in the Kingdom are shown on the respective pages.

The Salman A. Al-Duhaim Est’s Operations and Maintenance Division provides general maintenance for Electrical, Air Conditioning, Piping, Water & waste systems, Camp & building maintenance on a contractual basis.

The Company has sufficient skilled technicians and mechanics capable of maintaining the most advanced systems that are used in the Kingdom. A new section is for maintenance of Computers, Telephones & Instrument systems.

These divisions are involved in several on-going projects. Maintenance services is on a 24 hour basis, with personnel always at hand on the project seven days a week.

We maintain the functional systems for Commercial complex’s and some of these systems incorporate the latest technological advances. We believe in quality of service and air reliability has gained us a god reputation in the Kingdom.

We offer a comprehensive maintenance programme and each contract is taller - made to the clients requirements. The skill and experience of our maintenance personnel have resulted in good performance in the maintenance field of work.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

OPERATIONS / MAINTENANCE DIVISION
SANDBLASTING/PAINTING/INTERNAL PIPE-TUBE CLEANINGGENERAL CONTRACTING FOR BUILDING, HOUSING, INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE WORKS

In early 1981, Salman A. Al-Duhaim Establishment’s Operation and Maintenance Division started a new section specialized in Sandblasting and Painting.

Though conveniently named as Sandblasting and Painting Section, the service capabilities of this section go more than what it’s named for.

Since its inception, this section has satisfactorily performed the following work for the Arabian American Oil Company ( ARAMCO ) in its various plants in Abqaiq, Shedgum, Ain Dar, Uthmaniyah and Khurais :

1. Gritblasting of Tank/Vessel exterior and interior surfaces to

Sa3 standards.

2. Sandblasting of Pipe/Tube internals to Sa2 standards.

3. Power brushing, using flue brushes, Tube internal surfaces.

4. Epoxy Coating of Tank/Vessel interiors by Airless Spray Equipment.

5. Spray Painting ( Aluminum/Enamel ) of Tank/Vessel/Pipe exteriors.

6. Tape wrapping of buried pipelines and piping per ARAMCO

ACS-L-4 Specifications.

7. Supply and erection of System Pipe Scaffolding.

Salman A. Al-Duhaim Establishment’s Sandblasting and Painting Section is completely equipped with the latest line of Gritblasting, Airless Spray Painting equipment, spare parts and accessories needed to perform an efficient and satisfactory job.

Furthermore Salman A. Al-Duhaim Establishment has the existing capability & know-how to produce and apply Fiberglass Reinforced Epoxy Coating System to any applicable substrate for new construction, maintenance or repair.

Manpower Supply Services

Our company is supplying manpower to various clients in the Sabic. Our present clients include, Sabic, Safco, Ibn-Al-Baytar, Petrokemya, Sharq, Samad, Chiyoda and Hadeed. We can supply any number of workers including Engineers, high skilled Technicians, skilled Technicians, Secretaries, Gardeners, Tea Boys, Janitors & Laborers etc. We always keep a Block visas readily available with us in order to meet the requirement of highly skilled and technical staff. Presently we have block visas from Philippines, India, Srilanka Nepal Bangladesh and Pakistan.

LANDRY SERVICES

GENERAL LAUNDRY SERVICES

The Salman A. Al-Duhaim Establishment general laundry services

facility, operated by the Jubail Automatic Laundry, is housed on

a 900 Sq.meter plant building. An outside open area for storage

of about 300 Sq.meter is also available.

The Plant building houses the business offices & laundry operations on the ground floor. Second Floors serve as accommodation for our Laundry Office Staff and Workers.

The Laundry facility consists of a total of Thirty four (34) pieces of major equipment such as :

1. Washing machines, dryers and extractors with a total peak

capacity of 300 kgs. Per hour.

2. Steam/Dry Cleaning equipment capable of handling 40 kgs.

Per hour.

3. Miscellaneous laundry presses ( hard and steam ), for shirts,

trousers, dresses, curtains etc.

4. Steam finishers.

5. Carpet Washing Machines.

6. Automatic Steam Boilers, with a combined capacity of 2

tones per hour.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE

Electro Mechanical, Cathodic Protection, Insrumentation, Grit blasting and coating, Steel structures fabrication and installation, Pipe liners, Equipment installation, Testing and commissioning, HVAC, Seawater cooling system, Fire fighting system installation, Roof insulation and other civil projects related to Petrochemical Plants
