To demonstrate what we mean by a “ Programme of Quality”, as it relates to the management of services we provide, our focus here is on the methods and approaches S.A.D. adopts to ensure quality
Our programme of quality management encompasses.
General Management : S.A.D. recognizes that its ability to effectively manage large multifacet projects is of prime importance. In our view, good management involves coordination, planning, decision making, staffing evaluation of objectives and many other tasks. Our goal is always to facilitate the management process by developing a well organized and smoothly; functioning project organization, tailor made to achieve the designated and differing objectives of each project.

Project Planning : Careful planning is critical to the success of all S.A.D. ‘s projects in relation to our contractual objectives, therefore ,great emphasis is placed on this aspect of our preparation, as is also placed on our detailed specific planning with regards to our continuation of development programmes, policies and procedures

Resources Utilization : Throughout all our project activities, S.A.D. gives maximum attention to achieving the most from all available resources. This principle is reflected in the manner our project organization and staffing capabilities; in the close monitoring of the projects expenditures to ensure cost effectiveness and waste reduction ; and in the way suppliers are evaluated

Responsiveness and Flexibility : S.A.D. ‘s quality management approach also embodies the concepts of responsiveness and flexibility. We are geared to be fully responsive to all the needs of our Clients and their projects in particular. In terms of our flexibility, S.A.D. is extremely able to adapt and respond quickly to any changing conditions, needs, or emergencies

Coordination : S.A.D. at all times, coordinates all the components of the project in hand. Care is taken to inform and involve each interested party in a timely manner and to work closely to ensure the achievement of our clients objectives are realized
